Customer service is at the heart of all we do at Zephyr Workgear. We not only want to supply you with the best possible products, but we also want to make your shopping experience with us as stress free and pleasant as possible. Whether it is before, during or after making your purchase, we are here to answer your questions and provide any support and advice that we can.

Delivery & Returns

Deliveries over the Christmas Period; Our offices are closed from Friday 23rd December to Tuesday 3rd January. Any orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the 3rd January 2017.

All deliveries are by courier and will require a signature. Orders placed before midday will ordinarily be delivered the following working day. If nobody is going to be available to sign for delivery, than please leave special instructions for the courier as you complete the checkout process.

UK Delivery Costs:

£5.00 for up to and including 5 pairs (as part of the same delivery).
£3.50 for each additional 5 pairs (as part of the same delivery).

Exceptions: Unfortunately, some parts of the UK carry extra costs and may take slightly longer to deliver to. These are as follows:

  • Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man: £12.50 up to and including 5 pairs, £10 per 5 pairs thereafter (as part of the same delivery). 2 Day service.
  • Scottish Highland and Islands to include post codes AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3: £10.50 up to and including 5 pairs, £8 per 5 pairs thereafter (as part of the same delivery). 2-5 Day service.
  • Any other offshore location: £15.50 up to and including 5 pairs, £12 per 5 pairs thereafter (as part of the same delivery. 2 Day service.

International Delivery Costs

All deliveries to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, each levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check that any products ordered from www.zephyr.global comply with state and federal government import regulations. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

International delivery times vary between 2-6 working days of the order being placed. Please see below for delivery costs.

Ireland, France, Germany and Luxembourg:
£12.50 up to and including 5 pairs (as part of the same delivery).

Switzerland, Austria and Denmark:
£15.50 up to and including 5 pairs (as part of the same delivery).

Italy, Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia:
£21.00 up to and including 5 pairs (as part of the same delivery).

Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Sweden:
£26.50 up to and including 5 pairs (as part of the same delivery).

Rest of the World:
Please contact us directly to check if we deliver to your location and for a quotation.

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date for customers who have purchased from www.zephyr.global.  The product must be returned unworn and arrive to us in its original shipping condition to qualify for exchange or refund and we advise that you contact us prior to returning the item to advise us of the return. The cost of returning the item(s) is to be paid by the customer.

For exchanges: upon receipt of the item we will send you the requested exchange without any additional shipping charges.

For refunds: upon receipt of the item your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

What safety standards are your shoes tested against?

All Zephyr Workgear supplied safety footwear is tested in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2011 standards. Our Occupational footwear is tested in accordance with EN ISO 20347:2012 standards.

Are the soles on Zephyr Workgear safety footwear slip resistant?

The outsoles on all of the Zephyr  Workgear safety footwear complies with the highest category of slip resistance (SRC) after being tested on both a steel floor with Glycerol lubricant and on a ceramic floor with Sodium Lauryl Sulphate lubricant.

I ordered some boots online but they don’t fit. How do I exchange or return them?

We are happy to refund or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, please see our Delivery & Returns information on our customer service page for full details.
